How much do your covers cost?

Prices start at US$275+ for a standard Ebook cover which includes basic stock images.

What is your wait list like?

It varies month to month but booking about 1-2 months out from your release date is probably your safest bet.

Please refer to the pink bar at the top of this page for our current availability. More accurate dates can be found when placing an order and selecting your delivery times.

Please note we are closed for the whole month of June.

Do you do rush orders?

Yes, sometimes, but rush orders are not always available.

If you require a rush order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you but can’t make any guarantees on availability. 

Rush orders cost $50 and we attempt to complete them within 48-72 hours and depend on how much time we have available.

Can I decide later if I want a print version of my ebook cover?

Absolutely. We can design a print wrap at any time you may need one. Please refer to the Menu for prices and further details.

What is your refund & cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order at any time, however, we do not guarantee a full refund if you decide to cancel.

Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on factors such as hours worked towards the project but are not guaranteed once the work has started. Please be aware of this prior to paying any invoice.

If we must cancel a project, you will receive a full refund.

What are your payment terms? What forms of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal for all payments which accepts most forms of credit cards.

Payment is usually taken upfront during the month of your delivery. We must receive 100% payment prior to delivery of your final design.

How do I place an order?

Which software do you use?

We use a mixture of applications from the Adobe Creative Suite but mostly Photoshop and inDesign.

Where do you purchase your stock from?

We use Depositphotos and Adobe Stock for basic images.

For the premium add-on we search a number of stock websites such as iStockphoto and HotDamnStock.

What about stock images? Do I need to provide them?

Due to the subjective nature of what authors prefer and our shorter design timelines, we prefer it when authors purchase and provide the main stock photo. It allows us to spend more time on the design process instead.

If you don’t feel confident choosing alone, don’t fear! We are happy to assist you in the selection process should you need.

If you’d rather we choose the images entirely so you can focus on other author duties, that is also totally fine by us. We do include up to 5 basic stock photos with every cover package.

For a $30 fee, you can also select your model/s from more premium stock sites such as iStockphoto.

How long does the design process take?

Anywhere from our rush service of 48 hours up to 10 days. We try to be as fast as possible.

Once we lock in your deadline, we plan our time and work back accordingly from that date.

We’ll usually discuss your ideas around the time you’re first in touch, then closer to your deadline we’ll dedicate seven to ten days to the design process.
